Types of Information We Collect in This Website

We collect information via our Get Involved form and out Donate Now form.  These forms collect the information you enter in these forms.

When you click the Donate button on the Donate Now form, Wix (this website provider) and our attached credit card and PayPal payment processors collect the credit card or PayPal account information necessary to process your donation through to our bank account institution.

We do not otherwise track your individual, identifiable information about your use of this website with Cookies or any other form of tracker.

Why We Collect This Information

We collect the information on the Get Involved  form so that we know how you would like to be involved in Judie's campaign, how we can contact you to engage you, and what issues are important to you (if you enter that information).

We collect the information on the Donate Now form so that we can process your donation, and also so we can comply with Washington State campaign laws regarding required donation records and reporting, and limitations on donations to this campaign.

How we store, use, share and disclose your personal information

Information from the Get Involved  form is stored initially in this Wix website platform, and may be downloaded from there to the candidate's computer and mobile devices, to engage you with the campaign as you requested via that form.

Information you enter via the Donate Now form and payment check-out is stored in Wix, and is shared by Wix with the payment processors we use to complete your donation, and by those processors with our bank account institution, and may be stored by those entities in completing you donation.  The candidate or her campaign manager may download the information on the Donate Now form itself, and which type of payment processing is used, as necessary to prepare required campaign finance records and reports.  This will not include your specific credit card information or PayPal account identifying information.
